Conservative Care Occupational Health is a rapidly growing occupational medicine group and we are looking for the right person to represent our organization in the Antioch, TN market.  This position will grow our brand in the Antioch, TN market by developing working relationships with partner companies and municipalities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand recognition in the Antioch, TN market for Conservative Care Occupational Health
  • Grow customer base through relational sales throughout the market
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop sales proposals for monthly, weekly, and daily goals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor contracts to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with the billing department to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts
  • Evaluate the market for occupational medicine needs and trends

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
5 years experience leading a safety or EHS team
A bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and teach a team
• Great attention to detail
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Excellent organizational skills
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Needs to have integrity and be honest in all dealings
Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standard
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (technical writing skills required)
Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
Reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems
